This book is the student-initiated action from first grade at Taejon Christian International School, South Korea. It is a culmination of the inquiry-based learning that occurred within the PYP transdisciplinary theme “Sharing the Planet”. In pairs or individually, students researched an animal of their choice, watercolored a cover artwork, collaborated with their teacher to create a script, sourced Creative Commons images to illustrate their research, and finally narrated and produced their documentary using Explain Everything.
